Wapato Park Off Leash Dog Park

Wapato Park Off Leash Dog Park is a large, fenced-in dog park in Tacoma. This dog park has two sections: one for small dogs and one for large dogs. The small dog section is a bit more secluded and has smaller tables and benches. The large dog section is more open and has larger tables and benches. Both sections have grassy areas for dogs to run and play. There are also water fountains in both sections for dogs to drink from. The park also has a "pick up after your dog" policy to keep the park clean. This policy is strictly enforced, and signs are posted throughout the park reminding visitors to pick up after their dogs. Wapato Park Off Leash Dog Park is an excellent place for dogs (and their owners) to play and socialize. After you play, leash up and find the find the metal bridges at the back of the park!

Point Defiance Off Leash Dog Park

Nestled in the heart of Point Defiance Park in North Tacoma (or Point D as the locals call it), the Point Defiance Off Leash Dog Park is a haven for dogs and their owners. Spanning nearly seven acres, the dog park features two areas for large and small dogs, a play area with agility equipment, a picnic area, and a beautiful view of Puget Sound. The dog park is open year-round and popular with locals and visitors alike. On any given day, you're likely to see a variety of breeds enjoying the well-maintained trails and grassy areas. The Point Defiance Off Leash Dog Park is a great place to socialize with your pet, get some exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. After the dog park, leash up and check out the lookouts in the five-mile drive for all the water views!

Fort Steilacoom Bark-Off-Leash Area

The Fort Steilacoom Bark-Off-Leash Area Tacoma is a great place to take your dog for a walk, run, or play. Ok so, technically this park is in Lakewood, but it’s just a jump skip and a hop away from T-town. At the park there is also a water station for you and your pup and lots of poop bags to keep the area clean. The best part of the Fort Steilacoom Bark-Off-Leash Area is that it's enormous! There's plenty of room for your dog to run around and explore, and you'll never get bored of the same ol’ walking route. So whether you're looking for a place to tire out your energetic pup or just want to enjoy some quality time with your furry friend, the Fort Steilacoom Bark-Off-Leash Area is the perfect spot.
